Mid-Hudson Rebels 12u Baseball

Saturday, May 4th we participated in the USSSA South Shore Showcase in Long Island. The tournament included four teams and the Rebels placed 2nd. In our first game we won 18-4 with contributions from all of our players. In the championship game we lost 4-3 but played an outstanding game. Preston Demorest did an outstanding job on the mound pitching into the 5th inning. In the top of the 6th down 3-1 with two outs Rebels Jake Spindler hit a towering two run homer to tie the game. Unfortunately the Rebels lost in the bottom of the 6th but the boys battled and played an outstanding game.
